ok, I've added a note to the Modifying CSS topic that you can also do that through the Tweak Book menu option - there's already a link at the bottom of the topic. The note won't show up until the next upload of the help file though.
One of the strengths of calibre is that there are often multiple ways to do the same thing... but it makes it difficult to document!
