real southern sarcasm (from the distaff side), dont forget "Bless her heart" (or his as the case may be) with that sad, sorrowful head shake....
Use example. "Mary Nell was in charge of cooking the biscuits, bless her heart." That translated into "Those poor chumps had to try to eat those rocks May Nell calls biscuits. Good thing we weren't there."
