Quite right! And I never got to post "The dog it was that died"!
A beautifully written book - one of a very few for which the movie version was (IMHO) equally beautiful. I think Diana Rigg, as the Mother Superior, was superb - esp. with her speech about being married to God - even though it wasn't in the novel.
