I have an Ipaq 211 that I don't use because I can't read the PDFs on it. I had to scroll from side to side to read each line. I knew that I will be looking for a larger screen. I just wasn't sure how large it needed to be. The screen I use now is a little bigger than 10.1". Even going down to 10" would probably fit into my purse/bag more easily than the one I have now.
