My Clippings

Hi

Just got a new Kindle and I'm discovering the great 'My Clippings' feature. I am sure my now defunct 3 year old Kindle didn't have My Clippings - although I am discovering my new Kindle is very quick when I highlight text. My old Kindle used to hang around for ages, like its memory was struggling. So maybe there was a problem that I was unaware of.

To my question if I may:

Quite a lot of my books are for research, and I'd really like to have 'My Clippings' in a convenient order. I've seen some apps or macros that would download the text blocks and sort them out.

Does anyone have experience of sorting their 'My Clippings'? Perhaps there is a kind person here who could recommend a system?

Thanks for any help you can provide
