Not even close. "Paradise Falls". A made in Canada soap opera. It is set in a cabin community on an Ontario lake, with all the usual soap opera elements, but with a much higher sexual content, both hetero and gay. The opening theme starts out with a weather forecast, ending with "Another perfect day in Paradise Falls". It's kind of hard to even describe, but the first episode in the second(?) season has the (male) guests of the local resort (owned by a married gay couple) streaking through the streets of Paradise Falls. Even in Canada, full frontal male nudity isn't all that common on TV, even the cable only channels.
