I just managed to power up my prs650 and I see that there are two lines in a heading of the text, the first says the periodic name, the second says the section name and article name. The footing of the page contains four links, previous article, section top, table of contents, next article. On the prs-t1 you get a full page of text without these borders, links only on the first page of the article.

Yes, that sounds right - for a book, you'll generally get a page (or more) of links, with each link taking you to the beginning of that chapter.
