Our major sites have video conferencing suites, but many people use laptops with webcams for it. I've never actually
seen anyone use a mobile phone for video conferencing, I have to admit, but I understand that phones like the modern Nokia range are very capable of doing so. They certainly make it a significant feature of their advertising. In a sense, though, I don't think it's important if people actually use it or not. Large companies won't buy it if this feature isn't there because it's on their "must have" check list.
