I used e pub checker and the file came up clean but Lulu gave me the following errors

Any help in correcting these issues?

Contains invalid images. (the iBookstore and Barnes & Noble)
Contains invalid creator XML. (Barnes & Noble)
Contains invalid publisher XML. (Barnes & Noble)
