Diet and excercise are order of the day. So i know I was at a fat farm (where you eat crap) for a while, but I am home now. And my normal routine includes a treadlie ride nearly every day and a body balance class at the gym at least twice a week. Today we had a 30 minute walk and a 45 minute bike ride - so we had lunch out with burger/chips(shared one) and a brownie for dessert. Oh and two coffees with fat milk too. I feel good.

Normally don't eat like that - have skim milk in tea and coffee and eat lots of veges - fried food is a rarity. tonight for dinner we have bean and vege soup - maybe naughtily spinked with parmesan.

And each time the test reflected exactly what my diet had been the week before.

I didn't get the cholesterol stuff $60 for one month's supply and at was some new thing that was mega omega 3??? I could just take more fish oil certainly??
If I thought I was sick and needed the stuff $60 per month is probably not too bad, but I have doubts about it anyway - I should go back and get a prescription for some normal stuff that will only be $12 per month.
