Amanda it was nice that you stepped in to help, but you were 13 hours late. @spatlese, the person you were trying to help had acknowledged, in the post previous to yours, that the help given by previous folks in this thread was right on the mark and her problem had been solved. This was not a Sony problem it was a calibre setting problem that was easily corrected.

I applaud the concept of the Sonylistens account, but it has to be more than a name, you actually have to listen/read what is being discussed.
