Just because its called bodybuilding.com doesnt mean its just for building big muscles. As for an hour several people run or do alternate excercise every day. Thats nice that you do a few minutes a day. I was throwing out a suggestion. Simple fact is most people do not excercise, they now spend much of their time on the tv, computer smartphone etc. Weight lifting wont kill you by the way. As long as you do it properly.
