maybe someone here will be able to help me...when i got and setup my kobo last monday i had trouble with the firmware and needed to hard reset the device and start over BUT before doing so I noticd that my awards were viewable on the device no problem...now I have been reading with it for the past week, all seems fine but if I click on awards the page comes up emtpy, completly blank....now I downloaded the Kobo app to my Iphone and all my awards are there under my login but even after syncing (wifi and pc connected) I stilll have a white page...
Do I need to reset the device once again and if I do so will this affect anything or is all my info and books save to the pc?
