Kindle 3 - Browser not loading fully

Hi.
Had my Kindle 3 (Keyboard) about a month now and loving it, that is until this morning.

I use the browser extensively to find references so it is very important to me, but suddenly this morning after a few hours work, the pages stopped loading fully, and with the text 'bitty' and all images, what I can only describe as loading as '8 bit images' rather than greyscale I started to try to fix it.

All I could think of was...
1). Clearing the browser history.
2). Clearing the the cookies.
3). Turn on, off JavaScript.
4). Turn off/on the Kindle.

** By the way, I am using my home wireless connection, and have used G3 too, both with the same result.

All to no avail.

Additionally, my first thought was that the browser was not downloading all the data... has been proven incorrect, as oddly, while the browser is open, when I hit the 'Menu button' and its context menu appears, though partially covered, the browser displays in greyscale perfectly! :O

So I am at a loss, it is downloading all the data, can display in greyscale but for reasons unknown does not.

Can I reset, should I try and if so, how do I go about it?
Otherwise I guess, my only option is to return it to Waitross (John Lewis) as it is still with the one year guarantee period.

Forgot to mention, outside the browser, the screen displays in perfect greyscale.

God bless.
Karl.
