When Sir Paddy died last year at the age of 96, I thought we'd never see third book of his travel trilogy. But it was announced three days ago that it will be published in the fall of 2013 under the title of The Broken Road. It will be edited by Artemic Cooper, the author of the forthcoming biography, who said that, “it’s not going to sound like ATOG or BWW”, as “it does not have their high polish, [but] it does provide an extraordinary insight into Paddy the writer, and the interplay of his memory and imagination.”
