Yes! I had that problem too when I recently upgraded from firmware 1.9.17 to 2.0.0
This was just unbelievably annoying. Did you also notice that if you double tap (zoomed) and went to the farthest left/right to click the previous/next page button that it doesn't take you to the previous/next page immediately until you move the page around ... if that makes sense...
I was so frustrated with this I went back to 1.9.17 where there were no problems with pdfs
