Bad weather? Yes we had that this year. I remember it was on a Sunday and I missed my bike ride.
Actually it is very cold at the moment dropping down to 5 C and maximum of only 22 today.
If I waited for bad weather to read I would get very little reading done. I understand that if good weather is a novelty that you would rather not read when it occurred but when it is an everyday thing you don't feel so desperate about it.
