I dunno, with the killer tomatoes, spinach, etc., in the past year or so, it seems like the salads are beginning to fight back also. They grow lettuce in big high density feedlots of hydroponics. Then it's on to the vegavatoir to be butchered and then into plastic bags to sell as pre-cut salad. Seems sort of cruel to me.

(You know I'm kidding around this morning, right?)
