While the originally posted titles in the thread have expired, there is a new Paul Levine offering (actually, a repeat freebie).

This collection does include one short story featuring Solomon and Lord (mismatched male/female lawyers). From previous threads, it seems there are quite a few fans of this series on MobileRead. I have read this collection, and it's all quality: the Solomon & Lord short was a special treat.

And of course, the Sharkey's Machine/ William Diehl novel listed just above by Mitford13 is still very much active! (and I recommend it, as well.)
