You can either load the nook for PC reader and let the software grab the key from it (although when I first set it up, I wasn't able to get this to work), or you can go the credit card number route (I seem to remember it only uses the last 6 digits of the card number to generate the key, not the whole thing). I don't use the Calibre plugin, just the standalone scripts.

BTW, I like your avatar. I've been a Heretic/Hexen fan since way back...
