Bookeen will fix it regardless. Just don't expect them to agree that it's a warranty repair. Sorry, them's the breaks because there's no other source for repair and parts and the device has to be sent *back* before Bookeen will "make its determination as to warrantability". That's how they sucked $157 out of me.
