I'd personally rather have a 8" sized 505-type reader. I want more screen space than the current 505, but retain as much of the portability as possible. I could see myself being interested in something 10" perhaps if it was affordable, had long battery life, and good refresh rates.. so something like a cheap tablet PC. But at that point, why not get a cheap tablet PC? I'd have to see how it measures up against the other options.
