I've recently become addicted to webserials
They're fun, they're free, and I've found I really enjoy the format.
I've been reading:
"Worm," a YA superhero/supervillain serial at
http://parahumans.wordpress.com. Each arc is novel-length and it's really heating up right now with most of the city destroyed and the Slaughter Nine in town to kill everyone while recruiting new members.
"Daron's Guitar Chronicles," a 1980s rock and roll chronicle following the life of a closeted gay guitarist in his up and coming band.
