So the question really is, how can I highlight the entire ebook text in yellow without manually scrolling through the entire ebook? If possible, I would like to retain the original formating of paragraphs during this process. I am hoping to find a "copy all" text option, in addition to the existing "copy" option.

Many thanks for any tips.
You can't retain the formatting just by copying the entire text in ebook viewer.

Try to convert it to RTF. Then open it in Microsoft Word. I'm not sure why you want to copy it. It is simpler to just convert it into another format that let's you copy it, like RTF.
