Hi,

Already have a Kobo touch and works like a dream.

Purchased a Kobo wireless/wifi? in black as a present and wanted to get it set up to go for them.

I've registered it on the kobo software.

I've tried charging it via plug, nothing really happens.

I currently have it plugged into USB. It says it should charge in about 3 hours and show a blue light - ive had it plugged in for hours and the blue light hasnt come on, if anything, the kobo just disappeared from the list on the computer as if it wasnt plugged into the USB.

Anyway, got it plugged in again attempting to charge.

However, if i take the USB cable out, the whole unit freezes, and the only way to get it to restart is to plug a usb cable back in.

I cant turn the unit on and off with the power button, it just freezes the unit.

I've tried a factory reset plus a pin reset at the back.

Any ideas?
