I just synced my Touch to get a book I purchased and got the downloading software message. Looks like 2.0 is active again. Let's hope it goes better this time. Fingers crossed.

Update: So far so good. Shelves are working, stats are ok, awards are ok, none of my books have been reset as unread or 1% read. I haven't reloaded any of my sideloaded books yet so I can't speak to the slow page turns on sideloaded content. I'll have a further poke around on my lunch break but so far so good.
