Concerning On Basilisk Station, I finished 4 chapters and began the 5th. Gave up, at least for the time being. I don't think space war tactics is of much interest to me as well as the fact that I didn't develop any empathy for any of the characters either (including Honor Harrington).

Oh well, back to my Charlie Chan Omnibus with Charlie Chan Carries On.
