I have received notice that this thread will be moved to the
Deals, Freebies, and Resources forum on Friday, 20 July. It will, apparently, be made a sticky in that forum.
While I am apprehensive, feeling that the thread may see significantly less traffic there, I hope all of you that have been active thus far will continue to follow and contribute to it. Without you, this thread would have been buried in history long ago.
