No, it is not his fault that piracy exists. But by calling his fans to simply point and laugh and go neener neener at the guy, doesn't seem to me to be saying, "a real crime was committed against me". If I read that he has actually pressed charges against him, then I'd believe he actually takes his own status as a victim of crime seriously.

Sure it caused him to go underground, but who's to say he won't just get a new identity and start over again?
