I dropped my Nook........

I have a Nook Color that's been turned into a Nook Tablet with the microSD.
It's worked PERFECTLY since I got it.

This afternoon I DROPPED IT... About 3 feet. It was in the carrier, but the front was open, so it hit the case. There's no PHYSICAL damage, but I now have a narrow band of garbage pixels that extend from the bottom right, all the way up the right side of the screen. So much for the claims of ruggedness...

Is there a way to do some kind of total reset or something to see if this thing will return to normal? Or, though there's no apparent damage, is the thing toast... I've rebooted it. I've powered it off and back on. I've removed the SD card and rebooted it. What else can I try?
