What is called Pizza varies widely around the world (and in the USA).
I ordered a Pizza in Naples and was shocked . It was nothing like the 'New York' style I grew up with (Medium thick crust, rich red sauce).
Different strokes.
I mentioned a chain that I considered makes 'Cardboard' pizze and that was ther favorite.
Another (Big) chain makes a bland 'Ketchup' Pizza.

I am lucky, If I don't like any particular style, there are another dozen places to get 'Pizza' within a mile or so.
