Can I have "dummy entries" in my Calibre library?

I use Calibre to manage all my ebooks, and I created a custom column called "Audio" (yes/no field) to flag whether I also have the book in audiobook format.

Problem is, I now have some audiobooks that I don't have or *want* to have the ebook version, but I'd still like an entry for that book in my Calibre library so I can track whether I have the audiobook or not.

I'm not sure if Calibre can simply manage the audiobook itself rather than using a dummy entry, but I don't really want this, due to the file sizes of audiobooks (they already exist in my iTunes library, I don't want to keep duplicates of them).

Thanks
