EDIT: I have replaced the previous unillustrated version (11 downloads to date) with this illustrated version that combines a later edition of the text with the illustrations from an 1889 edition (thanks, Google Books). This IMP edition does not includes the following diacritical marks which the Rocketbook does not support: ā, ō, ū. This affects the following proper nouns:

No-fuhl should be read as Nō-fūhl
Nhu-Yok as Nhū-Yok
Zlotuhb as Zlōtuhb
Ja-khaz and Boz-ja-khaz as Jā-khāz and Bhoz-jā-khāz
Tik'l-palyt as Tik'l-pālyt
