Sure. That is why those people queuing at Pizza Hut and Dominos have such splendid athletic physiques. It is because of the superb health they enjoy resulting from a diet encompassing all of the essential food groups. (Half of them, if they drop change, can't manage to pick it up.)

I think that grease, nitrites/nitrates processed carbs, sugar, salt, preservatives, and saturated fats are food groups that I can safely avoid.

I have watched over several decades as American junk food chains move into junk-virgin demographics. Pizza Hut, KFC, McDonalds, etc. Shortly after they arrive, the local population begins to emulate Americans; they start to waddle.

Junk food chains are strangers with candy. ("This won't hurt and it will make you feel good.")

(In case you haven't guessed or read any of my profiles, I am enthusiastically involved with health and fitness. I don't like junk food chains.)
