I think the pirate was stupid. You don't steal a car, then tell the neighbors of the guy you stole it from "Hey, I just stole this fancy car, you want some parts?" The Internet is ginormous, why brag in the same area that you just robbed?
It's why I get so frustrated with a lot of the illegal download sites. Not only are they stealing peoples' stuff, they allow Google to search their site. That's the kind of stupid that has your site confiscated and gets you sent to prison (Megauploads).
Btw, I am *not* for the illegal download of books and movies. Probably because I'm not fifteen anymore and I realize people have to eat and that the economy is based on money = goods. But if I was for something like that, I wouldn't advertise it to the rest of the world and think some movie company or author isn't going to add me to their List.
