Don't feel too bad. I did read and enjoy Basilisk Station, but so far I've managed to start "The Honor of the Queen" at least 3 or 4 times and haven't managed to get much past the first 100 or so pages.

Currently reading (very slowly) A Distant Mirror: The Calamitous 14th Century by Barbara Tuchman. An interesting read, but it's not a page turner.
