When this happens move the stylus away from the screen (at least 20 cm) and then start writing again. This helps a lot. the issue is still the number one annoyance for me. It happens only when you stop writing for a moment but keep the stylus near the screen. I often find myself performing weird violent gestures to counter this the bug
(as if there were ink in the pen and i were shaking it in order to bring it to the tip of the pen
