There already is - in two places. For a single book, it is the green icon with the two white arrows on it on the left on the edit metadata dialog. Or in bulk, select multiple books, hit E, and tick the "Swap title and author" checkbox that is just underneath the Author(s) dropdown.
Plus don't forget you can change your regular expression so you don't get them the wrong way around in the first place
