When I was first looking for a reader back in '09 borrowing from the library was one of the features that made me decide on getting a Sony. That and no keyboard (major deciding factor).
And yea some books have long waiting lists my usual wait is about 20 give or take a few. It beats waiting for a book to go under $10.
