"BIG" Thrillers

Hello,

I am looking for your favorite BIG thrillers. "BIG? as in big enough to cause a concussion when wielded correctly?" Na-ah - BIG as in this ain't Granny Holmes chasing down the Blue Bubblegum Burglar. This ain't the Neighborhood Watch and the Riddle of the Abandoned Shopping Card.

What I am looking for is a story about lost nukes, imminent meteorite strikes, the most feral virus imaginable to evil masterminds, anything that would impact the entire world. Recently finished reading "World War Z", and enjoyed it very much. So a hint of post-apocalypse is fine

Cheers,
Pismire
