It is indeed very badly written, and the plot is simplistic to say the least. I cannot understand its success, and it just horrified me to read that Hollywood is going to film it. I can just imagine the result... 9 1/2 weeks (which already was not exactly a masterpiece) on steroids.....
Mind you, I read it, because I wanted to know what the buzz is all about. Well, for me it's the equivalent of bad porn, but for women (as in women read, men watch). And no, I won't explain what good porn is
