To be honest, they both are pretty close. With Amazon having a minor advantage on some areas or topics, plus is International.

I always suggest this to people: pick 5 titles you want, 5 you like and have and check on each store. The more hits and better prices, give you a good indicator of which ereader is best for your reading preferences.

I mainly read SQL books. Amazon is a winner there. My titles are rare or difficult to find in Nook store plus Nook devices (eink) lack of landscape mode, which I need when reading programming code.
