Well then, you've been lucky and now your luck ran out. Stop dropping electronics and take better care of your property so you won't have these issues and if you do incur damage after a drop, then accept responsibility because you're the one that dropped it!

Complaing to the manager that it broke because of poor build quality is like complaining about a car after you've been in an accident - the car should have held up much better than it did, you should fix it for free. Not gonna happen!
