Not only are you handing over identifying information that copyright holders can use if the site gets busted, but you are giving willing criminals identifying information that they can use for further crimes.

At any rate, I would consider any domain with "ebooks" in it suspicious. One of the cardinal rules of naming a business is that you don't box yourself into a narrow market.
