Two Newbie Questions

I'm new to using Calibre, and I have one question about how to use it.

When viewing an ebook within the Calibre E-book Viewer, how can I "copy" the text of the entire e-book in one go? If I right mouse click onto any part of the text, and select the "copy" option, I notice that only text highlighted in yellow will be copied onto the clipboard for pasting. So the question really is, how can I highlight the entire ebook text in yellow without manually scrolling through the entire ebook? If possible, I would like to retain the original formating of paragraphs during this process. I am hoping to find a "copy all" text option, in addition to the existing "copy" option.

Many thanks for any tips.
