7" screen, with decent DPI, IPS.
Fast enough processor (I have no idea what is fast and what isn't)
Enough memory (again, no idea how much is needed for a decent response)
Wifi, absolutely no 3G
SD Card slot
2.3 or higher, as long as it is stable.
5 hours of battery life or longer, stand-by at least 5 days
Digitizer screen

Basically, my Flyer

7", IPS 1024x600 screen, active digitizer (and I use that a lot!)
It has a single core processor but can run about everything I throw at it
No idea about memory though...
SD card slot, wifi, all there, no 3G
Runs (custom) Honeycomb and I now have it running for at least 142 days (that's when I installed that app that keeps track) straight (no reboots, no errors, nothing)
I can use it two or three days without charging, total about 5 or 6 hours of reading, no idea what the stand-by time is, it gets used too much for that

But I'd love a second, larger, tablet too.

Those specs would be different in two ways:

12" 4:3 screen, again with a high enough DPI
Longer battery life: 10 hours at least, again the week stand-by

I'd like to use that one where I'd now have to use a laptop but would rather use a tablet. On holiday, showing pictures, for example. Or for reading PDF books (study). Or comics...

I can show pictures on my Flyer, but as the screen is a lot smaller (and not 4:3) it's more difficult to show those pictures to multiple people.
