Good way to stop that attitude is to put a hoe in their hands and tell them to chop cotton.
Or just hand them a slide ruler and have them multiply some numbers.
I had lightening hit a tree near my house. Knocked out a modem, computer, telephone, and oddly enough my water line. Appears the tree shook so hard with the pipe running among its roots that the pipe broke.
