My Archos 43 has an SD slot and a USB port that uses a regular cable. Sizing is no problem.

The small downside to the device is that the 4.3" screen has only 854x480 pixels. Still that is better than my Kindle and looks sharper since the screen is smaller and brighter.

I paid $70 for it used from a friend before Christmas vacation in order to have WiFi on a small device where we were going to enjoy warm waters and got a load of extras he had for it.

Alas, I think he got an iPad with a super screen, but he is still a friend.
