Isn't that what someone does if they scan and OCR a book and upload it?
It is a 'fake' copy of the eBook, it may well be of lower quality, and damage the value of the trademark, same argument as for fake watches and handbags.
(Different matter for uploading an exact copy of a commercial eBook.)
