My PRS-T1 is slower than my PRS-350. Exact same books side loaded on each and WIFI turned off. No SD card.
I can turn 3 pages on the 650 for every one on the T1 and the T1 crashes often where the 350 has never crashed.
I like the screen size on the T1 but if it wasn't a gift from my roommates, I would gladly exchange it for a 650.
Overall it is okay, and I vastly prefer it to the kindle 3, but not as functional or as reliable as previous Sony ereaders.
